III. Scene by Scene Analysis and Design.

Collaborative brainstorming and individual creation of drafts.

VI. Showcasing (Optional Step)

Bringing ideas to life.

If the structure and scale of the organization allow, we will conclude with a showcasing phase.

This includes:

  • Actor & Space Interaction: Testing the designs in a real or simulated production setting.

  • Professional Engagement: Involving industry professionals to provide feedback and celebrate the participants’ work.
    If time, logistics, or organizational complexity make this step unfeasible, it will be skipped.

IV. Final Design Overview and Creation of Teams for Each Scene

Drafts will be collaboratively reviewed, and final decisions will be made accordingly.Based on the number of participants, teams will be assigned to each scene.

V. Final Presentation & Feedback

Each team’s final drafts and refining designs before showcasing.
